• 1st September 2023 – District / Division / County / Assessments
• 15th September 2023 – Cheshire Forest Unit Bookings
• 1st October 2023 – Out of County Unit Bookings

Booking Forms & Useful Information

How to make a booking:

1. Have a look at the availability calendar on the Pettypool website.
2. Contact the appropriate booking secretary to check the dates/sites/building are still available
   The Lookout and Lodge bookings – booklookout@pettypool.org
   Sites, Greenhouse Shelter and Willow View bookings – booksite@pettypool.org
3. The provisional booking will be held for 14 days until a booking form and non-refundable deposit (if applicable) has been received.
4. Your booking will then be confirmed by email.
